What do I receive?
You receive a configured Hermes workbench, an organization and workspace setup, provider routing, governance defaults, and a recorded handoff.
Does the setup include provider usage?
No. AWS, OpenAI, Claude, hosting, and other third-party usage remains in your accounts and is billed by those providers.
Is Hermes a hosted service?
Hermes is local Mac software. The setup can be managed for you, but the workbench and its records remain in the environment you approve.
