Purchase policy

Here is how package payment, scheduling, delivery, and refunds work.

Payment

Packages are paid in full at checkout by card through Stripe.

After payment, you receive confirmation from Stripe and a follow-up email from Shawn Lawyer with the next step.

What you are buying

Each package covers one defined problem and the deliverables listed on the package page.

If you need a broader scope, additional work can be handled as a separate engagement.

After payment

  1. You receive a payment confirmation from Stripe.
  2. You receive kickoff details by email.
  3. Work starts after the needed materials are in place.

Scheduling

Package work is scheduled after purchase and after the needed materials are received.

If you need to adjust timing before work starts, reply to the kickoff email and we can move the start date.

Scope changes

If a different package or a custom scope is a better fit before work starts, the payment can be applied to that updated scope.

This keeps the work moving without making you start over.

Refunds

If work has not started and the package is clearly not the right fit, get in touch as soon as possible.

Once work starts, payments are not refundable because time has been reserved and delivery work is underway.
